As the Google Ads Expert - Search Engine Marketing you will execute all paid media matters (e.g., Google Ads, programmatic) and will move the revenue and ROAS needles for clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in an acquisition-focused paid media role at an agency and or start-up and also have a track record as a partner-in-crime to cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, account management). \n What You'll DoConstantly thinking about how you can help clients exceed performance MoM / QoQComfortable leading and executing both short- and long-term strategy + tactics for clients' integrated paid search and display programs. Able to help clients quickly see next-level insights and analyses that will actually help their business grow (and not just share retrospective weekly performance reporting). Monitor and manage active SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. This includes monitoring budgets, bid adjustments, and keyword performance to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals. Oversee multiple clients' expectations, strategies, budgets, and conversionsEnsure timely delivery of projects by coordinating internal resources and managing deadlines What You Need5+ years working in a direct-response paid media capacity for DTC and ecomm brands Experienced in ad platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic (e.g., StackAdapt). Track record of consistently meeting (ideally, exceeding) revenue and ROAS targets across four- to five-figure monthly media budgets (especially thinking outside-of-the-box when it comes to hitting targets on those budgets). Well-versed in Shopify, Merchant Center, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp (HubSpot is a plus). Knowledgeable of the latest w/ tracking/first-party data across all major ad platforms. Prior experience managing multiple client accounts. Extreme ownership mentality + "clients first, always" mindset, especially when it comes to shipping work with other teams, identifying process improvements and up- and cross-sell opportunities, and anticipating + overcoming roadblocks.
