**Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for development, management and optimization of all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns.
- Paid Media Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search.
- Display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business.
- Help drive growth and success for organizations on digital platforms.
- Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts.
- Provide execution-based client recommendations
- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword lists.
- Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns.
- Generate Weekly and Monthly client reporting.
- Oversee relationships with digital vendors.
- Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management and reporting tools.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet client goal..
- Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creative on ideal assets.
- Be responsible for setting goals/targets for team per client.
- Google AdWords and Google Analytics experience
- Experience in Facebook Platform and other social media tools.
