Position: Google Ads Specialist [ 20 Hours A Week | Mon - Friday | 1-5pm Syd, AU Time ]

A Google Ads pro who can build, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Remarketing, driving measurable results and managing budgets with precision.

If you thrive on data, creative testing, and delivering success, this role is yours to dominate. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Remarketing, tailored to clients' unique objectives.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver maximum ROI.
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize targeting and drive qualified traffic.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, ensuring the best performance for allocated budgets.
Implement manual bidding strategies, A/B testing, and campaign refinements to maximize efficiency and conversions.
Deliver detailed, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
Stay updated with Google Ads trends, tools, and platform updates to innovate and maintain a competitive edge in paid media strategies.
Requirements 5+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries.
Proficiency in Google Ads platforms, including Search, Shopping, Display, PMax, and Remarketing campaigns.
Strong experience with manual bidding, keyword research, campaign builds, and ongoing optimization.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to interpret performance data to drive decisions.
Proven ability to report campaign insights clearly and deliver actionable recommendations.
A strategic thinker with a curious mindset, always looking for new ways to improve performance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Google Ads Certification preferred (or willingness to complete).
