You will work closely with peers in Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders in Data Science, Product Management, and Engineering.Responsibilities:Develop and manage the retention growth strategy for product areas, in partnership with cross-functional marketing, product, UX, data science and engineering teams.Build and execute targeted lifecycle journeys to engage YouTube creators and drive key business outcomes.Analyze creator data and performance metrics to design, run, and measure experiments.
