Coordinates the administrative management for the Country Manager N-GBU México, follow-up of reporting andaction plans and assists in the planning of her leadership meetings and events._**Responsibilities and Job Functions**:Secretary role for the Management Team meetings: agenda, point of contact for the integration of new topics and broadcasting of the material prior to the committees, notes taking and preparation of the minutes, including actions to be taken, follow-up of the implementation of the action plans, registration in associated databases.Governance: Coordination of the different workgroups, committees in which the CM/MD N-GBU America participates at country, regional and global level. Coordination of main files addressed to the management team.Preparation of meetings, speeches, and presentations for the CM/MD N-GBU Americas in coordination with the Communication Department and other involved departmentsStrategy: based on agreed business objectives and strategies, consolidates the follow up and reports for internal stakeholders.Direct contact with the teams of the N-GBU Americas (Finance, HR, countries and VP of Operation and Performance) and other country managers and GBUs MD of the region
