Internal GSS extended leadership teamStrong links and common processes with SC2 (GSS Supply chain)Strong links with stakeholders in his scope (PRSM, Commodity buyers, Commodity manager's teams)Well connected to the Tools KU networksExternal Business associationsMAIN RESPONSABILITIES Procurement operations:Validates purchase requisitions completeness in coordination with Project teamsConducts Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP)Preparation and launch of Request For Quotation with suppliers using the standard toolVendor selection / Evaluation / negotiation of contract (within threshold value) / Business case preparation and follow DOA approval flowVendor onboarding until panel validationCreates and manages Purchase orders and AmendmentsSupports preparation of supplier(s) negotiationsCreates monthly reports and ad'hoc reports on Supplier performance and Procurement KPI'sPromotes the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.Processes / Tools / Knowledge ManagementApplies consistently the Procurement processes and toolsApplies best practices in Work package and E2E management and contributes to their enrichment with peers and Procurement organisationIdentifies problems and suggest solutionsDeveloping oneself and get exposureDeep understanding of business practices in ProcurementGenerates innovative ideas for increased process efficiency & reduction in costDeep understanding of processes and toolsExposure to the Procurement organization (internally) and externally (suppliers)Handle small projects or saving initiativesMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements Business Degree or similar complemented by a demonstrated track record
Mandatory: Engineering Degree (BE/B Tech)Procurement and Supply chain education/trainings/certificatesExperience 3-5 years of experience in Direct Procurement in Industry sector
