**Overview**:
We are looking for a Learning Administration Specialist to support Micron's Global Quality engineering department. In this role, you will administer two learning management systems to support the learning and development needs of GQ team members: one for general training and another for on-the-job training. You will work closely with internal customers and learning administration colleagues to ensure team member and organizational learning needs are met.

**Here's What Your Day May Look Like**:
- Interface with customers to determine their learning objectives and requirements
- Advise internal customers on which learning system meets their needs and help establish learning curriculum within that system
- Monitor and report on learning records
- Leverage learning system capabilities to provide the best possible learning experience to end users
- Maintain and update existing materials
- Create and maintain learning catalogs
- Troubleshoot technical problems
