Also is responsible for:Working with the People Exp and Ops team to design and execute communication programs.Communicating with internal and external customers when necessary, helping them with troubleshooting.Creating and delivering specialized presentations and communications on the related topics across the projects that they support.Providing advice and support to departments.Using specialized design software to deliver service to internal and external customers.Your ImpactAs Graphic Design and Marketing for HR Analyst, your functions would consist of:Decision (D): The jobholder is ultimately answerable for the thorough completion of the accountability.Inform (I): The jobholder is accountable for being informed about the activity and achievement of deliverables.Consult (C): The jobholder's opinion is sought prior to a final decision or action being taken.Execute (E): The jobholder is accountable for the performance of the activity and achievement of deliverables.Create Communication Campaigns Plans.Design communications.Manage SPA LATAM HR OPS email account.Support the change management in projects.KPIs: Employees Engagement with Communications, Read Receipts, Page visits, and logins, Customer feedback.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor Degree in Design, Marketing, etc.No experience required, only design knowledge.Design software/skills necessary.Photoshop and/or Illustrator.Advanced English.Communications, Negotiation & Influence.High level of confidentiality.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning
