**Grap**hic Design Intern - Marketing Team**
Steelcase Monterrey is looking for a **Graphic Design Intern** to support our Marketing Intern who will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Marketing with a variety of initiatives, such as:
- Develop marketing and communication materials for internal and external clients aligned with the Brand Book and the image maintained by the Marketing team.
- Coordinate the printing of these materials, ensuring they are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collect the necessary information to carry out assigned projects, whether virtually or in face-to-face meetings.
- Support local marketing activities such as Day 1 and mockups.
- Generate digital experiences, using Oculus lenses for VR.
- Contribute to constantly improving the work experience for internal and external clients.
- Manage the client meeting space and coordinate with support personnel to set up the space, provide service, and giveaways.
- Coordinate the acquisition of snacks and beverages for visits with suppliers.
- Manage the availability of promotional materials, literature, and finishes.
**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**:
- Currently studying a bachelor's degree in graphic design, innovation and design engineering, visual communication design or related.
- To graduate at least in December 2025
- Medium level of English proficiency.
- Knowledge of MS Office and design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a must.
- Proficient in social media software, web design, and digital platforms such as Hubspot.
