**Objective**
The Content Creator and Senior Graphic Designer leverage their creative expertise and design skills to craft visually compelling content that not only captures attention but also effectively communicates the brand's message and values. This multifaceted role plays a critical part in shaping the brand's online presence and reputation by producing engaging visual assets across various digital and print platforms.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop engaging visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements, for digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in messaging and visual style.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.
**Profile**
- **Reports to**: Creative Design Assistant Manager
- **Experience required**: 3 to 5+ years in graphic design and content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
- **Education requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- **Level of English**: advanced (90% reading and conversation) excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and ideas.
- **Special Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- **Professional Skills, Traits and Competencies**: Attention to detail, Multi-tasking, Problem solving, Self-motivated, Communicate with internal stakeholders at an associate level, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
