Serves as key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various digital platforms, focused mainly on delivering unique, personalized email experiences. This position demands not only exceptional design expertise but also proficiency in TOEFL translation and fluency in English to ensure effective communication with our diverse audience. Serves as support in overseeing the development and translation of digital marketing materials, to include email, digital display and other communication assets; proofread all materialsto ensure they are letter-perfect and mistake-free. This person is responsible for comprehensive project management of their work, maintaining deadlines, escalating issues to their manager and communicating status and needs clearly across teams. Is available to help the Creative team when needed to support graphic design and trans-creation of Marketing materials from English to Spanish. Coordinates particular project assignments, meeting activities, and consistently follows up on all open projects.The ideal candidate for this position possesses a combination of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail as well as a strong desire to deliver the best experience for all customers.Primary AccountabilitiesLead the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, packaging, and in-store displays.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Translate marketing content, campaigns, and design materials from English to other languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.Implement multilingual design strategies to effectively communicate with diverse global audiences.Uphold and reinforce brand consistency and standards across all design projects.Work closely with brand managers to ensure visual communication aligns with brand guidelines and values.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet the highest standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.RequirementsLevel of formal education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Area of study: in statistics, economics, business analytics, finance, etc. or equivalent professional experience in analytics, pricing, insights, consumer research, inventory, category management and/or business analysis.Years of experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused industry.Type of experience: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
