**Job Title: Graphic Designer**
**Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)**
**Salary: Up to 35,000 DOE**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to design compelling visuals that align with brand identity and business objectives.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and XD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Experience with typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
- Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS basics.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house team.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
