We're creators - adapting to the new world.The role of the UI/UX Graphic Designer: As a Graphic designer, you will be responsible for the creation of all things beautiful here at the Newrich Network. You will work closely with both our marketing and design departments to create and optimize the online experience for visitors from the moment they first visit our websites all the way to when they convert to a customer. You will be responsible for maintaining our branding and visual elements across all of our web properties. You will often be responsible for assisting our UI/UX team on projects that require creating highly engaging, eye-catching elements that are designed to both educate and inspire our customers.We are looking for a flexible and passionate team player who has experience creating graphics for both web and print environments and is great at finding solutions to communicating our core offerings through the use of intuitive and accessible graphic design. You should be familiar with all things graphic design and be aware of best practices including designing elements that look good on all devices. The ideal candidate can take initiative to research and implement projects with little direction and is passionate, energetic, and has great attention to detail. The candidate must also be flexible, independent, and quick to learn. The position reports to the Marketing Director and is a key role on a dynamic and experienced technical marketing team.What you'll do on the day to day:Oversee the asset development and overarching design strategy for the Acquisition and Influencer channels.Develop campaign assets, web banner suites, social media imagery (including paid social) and various website graphics, both still and animated.Develop campaign assets and provide design support as needed to cross-functional teams.Strategize and communicate closely with internal partners to optimize and redesign new and existing acquisition collateral.Manage two direct reports.Support packaging and printed in-store collateral needs.Work closely with the creative team on campaign development and execute to consistent standards.Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality of executions.Provide overarching support to creative team members as necessary.Be a highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality-oriented, and able to handle multiple competing priorities.Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get things done.Have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.What you bring to the table:BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in graphic design and production.2+ years of Corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral
