Graphic Designer - Specialist

POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for creating visual materials that reinforce the brand image and support Talent and communication initiatives. His role ranges from creating designs, logos, campaign proposals to designing web pages and websites. Combining diverse design elements to create value propositions for the team.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIESDevelop design concepts that align with business strategy.Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and departmental print materials.Collaborate with team to develop consistent visual supports.Update and maintain library of design assets, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.Research and apply new design trends and technologies.Present design proposals and defend creative decisions to stakeholders.REQUIREMENTSDegree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.Previous Experience: Required: 2 years of experience in similar position.Travel Requirements: Eventually (1 travel per year).#J-18808-Ljbffr
