**Job Description**:
The role of this position is to effectively manage the overall direction and high:
level operation of the Graphic's operations in Mexico. To lead continuous improvement and workflow automation efforts within the department that ensure customer and supply chain lead time and quality expectations are met. To build and maintain strong working relationships with internal supply chain partners and outside graphics vendors for the betterment of SEE business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high level direction and initiatives that progressively improve the quality and productivity while optimizing the Graphics workflow. 25
- Establish long term Coaching and Development plans for associates and actively engage in development to prepare associates for greater roles within SEE. Establish and administer programs to improve and maintain employee morale and employee relations. 25
- Lead department continuous process improvement efforts utilizing lean six sigma and project management methods to enhance overall department quality and efficiency. 20
- Establish and maintain metrics on each direct report to analyze and use to determine training needs and/or development opportunities. 10
- Be an active member of the Graphics Leadership Team representing the needs and interests of the Graphics department in Mexico. 10
- Support efforts to standardize procedures, systems and processes to reduce lead time for the efficient broad load scheduling of orders across the print network. 10
Qualifications:
Leads process improvement and change management implementations using advanced Lean tools and methods.:
Preferably with Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma Certification:
Process Oriented, Process Thinker:
Understanding of digital printing, flexographic printing, and Graphics workflow is preferred but not mandatory.:
