.BRM Lead, in charge to align all prioritize the Project Porfolio and be the point of contact between IS and Purchasing / Finance leads. Manages coordination with NML and the North American affiliate companies as required for specific projects. Understands Nissan business strategies and initiatives to develop information technology strategies and roadmaps as needed.**Strategy**: For the business unit and/or technology area, you support, understand the business strategy, and align the required project portfolio, initiatives and budget to support it. Develop agreements, objectives, SLAs and manage vendors to ensure efficient and cost effective use of resources and services.Participates/Initiate in business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.Participates in annual budget planning process, understand all costs (projects, software, maintenance, etc.), manage and develop initiatives to reduce costs and budgetFor new projects, manage accurate estimation/forecasting, cost analysis, business case/benefit development and present projects (regionally & globally) for approval to senior management including directors. Oversee the projects thru the required funding approval process
