DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value by building a safe, inclusive, and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team OverviewAs a Grocery Operations Analyst, you would collaborate with a dynamic team focused on managing shoppers, card transactions, and optimizing bag usage.You would work alongside passionate professionals, gaining valuable experience in DiDi's fast-paced grocery operations environment.Role ResponsibilitiesAssisting in strategic initiatives aimed at improving the shopper experience.Supporting the development and implementation of efficient shopper management strategies.Participating in projects related to card activation, payment processes, and troubleshooting issues.Optimizing bag management to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.Conducting data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.Creating and updating process documentation.Managing the opening and closing of stores based on shopper availability.Handling shopper registration, verification, and deactivation processes.Calculating and reviewing shopper bonuses.Resolving issues related to the app, payments, and cards.Managing the inventory of cards and bags.Overseeing the shipment of bags and cards to stores.Providing daily reports on card and shopper distribution progress.Supporting invoicing processes and following up on restocking needs.Role QualificationsStrong organizational and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.EEO StatementWe are committed to building inclusive and diverse teams.
