You possess the capacity to think clearly and cogently about brand strategy challenges, with a demonstrated history of deploying tactics that drive long-term brand improvements.What you'll be doingAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform campaign briefs and communication strategies.Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with Zendesk's overall OKR goals and objectives.Oversee full-funnel global marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution. Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure seamless creative development and delivery.Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.Ensure campaign implementation follows brand guidelines and organizational values.Identify marketing opportunities to inspire brand growth and differentiation.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign strategy.Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand and storytelling team.What you bring to the role10+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaign strategies from brief through execution and performance reporting.Experienced in agency/vendor management; managing budgets.Possess an ethos of "getting things done." Decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing with a proven track record to thrive under ambiguity.Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with creative, channel, and communication teams, cross-functional partners, and company leadership
