Four Squared Recruitment is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to drive brand focus, develop marketing strategies, and oversee digital activities for a leading group of companies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans to support group brands and their growth objectives.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and project management.
- Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Familiarity with website management, SEO, PPC, and marketing platforms.
- Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectors is highly desirable.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel between group sites when necessary.
