You are passionate about tackling big challenges head on, delivering simply amazing experiences, and ready to back it up with results.**Note**: This role can be worked **remotely** from the location above.**What You'll Do as a Group Product Management Lead**- Own and lead your product area mission, strategy and multi-year roadmap, and product metrics- Foster and build relationships with your technical leadership peers and stakeholders to drive alignment- Critically evaluate, shape, and create product management best practices across the PDE organization- Hold your team and Product, Design, and Engineering counterparts accountable to deliver outcomes with quality and efficiency, that take into consideration customer & usage data- Navigate tough conversations with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment towards business priorities.- Effectively lead your PM team, ensuring continual improvements in their PM craft and career progression**What You'll Bring to the Role**- 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth through product innovation, extension, and market expansion.- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and support strategies, spanning from customer acquisition to late lifecycle engagement. You are adept at setting multi-year visions, roadmaps, and business plans to steer strategy and planning.- Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and clearly articulate your results to partners and executives, particularly in terms of adoption, engagement, and key product metrics.- Strong proficiency in data analytics, with experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
