You work closely with Agile and LACE teams to challenge our product development capacity and to improve our throughput.
You work closely with payment vendors in order to ensure they support our product vision and enable our strategy.
**Requirements**:
Even though you have a vast experience, you are humble enough to acknowledge that you don ´t know it all and are still willing to learn.
You are extremely analytical and have vast experience making business decisions based on deep data analysis using Analytics tools.
You have proven experience leading digital Product teams, and achieving extraordinary results.
You have excellent verbal and written English.
You have strong communication skills, are clear and concise and are comfortable speaking in public.
You have demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies, product management, software systems, human centered design and user experience.
You have experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
You understand how a software product is built and can challenge tech teams to deliver best in class digital products.
You have an agile mindset and help PM's to think small and impact big by working with MVP's.
You can work cross-functionally while building trustworthy relationships that influence teams to achieve common goals.
