You will also oversee the maintenance of the web page and all integrations (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.) that come with it. Develop the website architecture and determine the hardware and software requirements.- You'll need to be constantly thinking of all the steps in our growth loops and finding possible betterments we can experiment with and perfect our flow.- You are going to:- Develop a whole new web page experience for our prospects and marketing qualified leads.-- Work with web development technologies.-- Define and build new platforms and products that can help us drive more growth, like a referrals experience or a community platform, just to name a few.-- Leverage data to understand our customers and our loops in depth, find areas of opportunity and execute projects to acquire, engage, and retain users at scale.-- Work side-by-side with our designers, PMs, marketers and other engineers to tackle projects that deliver impact on the areas of user growth and engagement.-- Analyze all our current experiences and develop experiments that can help us improve them.-- Manage integrations for analytics, MarTech and A/B testing capabilities.-- Contribute your software engineering knowledge to other value streams or teams.- Our must:- Expertise working with HTML and CSS.-- Expertise working with Elementor editing.-- Expertise in integrating with third-party tools for analytics and attribution like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, etc.- Our wishlist:- Understanding of tools that help with experimentation, personalization and conversion rate optimization (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, AB Tasty, or Adobe Target)-- Experience with headless CMS's is a plus (Contentful, Strapi).-- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
