**What will be your mission?**

As a Growth Hacking Specialist at Kavak, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, designing and executing data-driven experiments, and pushing the boundaries of product success. **Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Research and analyze product, market, and user data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop hypotheses and design experiments to test and validate ideas
- Create a roadmap of experiments based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with growth strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage experiments
- Collect, monitor, and analyze experiment data to measure success
- Share findings, insights, and learnings with relevant stakeholders
- Iterate and optimize experiments based on results and feedback
- Scale successful experiments and integrate them into product and marketing strategies
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and tools for product growth and experimentation
- Proven experience in a growth, product, or data-driven marketing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experiencie with Amplitude A/B testing (or Insider testing) and growth hacking techniques
- Knowledge of experiment design and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- A growth mindset with a relentless drive to iterate and improve
