**THE PERFECT PERSON WILL BE/HAVE**:

- **Fluent English** speaking and writing abilities
- Extreme Ownership - takes full responsibility for projects end-to-end, with an eye for details, efficiency - and the bottom line
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to work in harmony and achieve excellent results.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Works with marketing tools and strategies to keep their job as organized as possible.
- Sales experience is a plus

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING WITH ENDROCK**
As a Growth Lead you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the Client Communication with the company.
Acting as the connection between our CEO and our clients, you will be designing and presenting strategies for growing client's business online. This is basically a senior level account manager who is able to present and communicate with authority to clients.

**HOURS AND COMPENSATION**:

- This is a FULL TIME job ranging 40-45 hours per week.
- 100% Remote - Work from Your Home Office
- Training is provided and is Paid
