British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Management Manager in Monterrey.

This person will be a business partner for the US Growth Management Team, providing key commercial insights to ensure that the end market growth activities contribute to financial success and effective prioritization decisions across the value chain. Analytics that generate valuable insights and foresights are key levers in driving balanced and efficient business growth in today's evolving environment. Understanding revenue growth, planning, and prioritization to drive net sales, profit, market, and volume share most efficiently is essential. We are looking for a passionate individual excited to use advanced analytics to help drive commercial strategy.
This role, along with the GM Marketing Planning & Prioritization team, will support the development of growth initiatives through market segmentation, data analytics, and planning activities to ensure balanced growth for the end market.
Your key responsibilities will include: Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate volume & revenue growth and serve as an extension of the GM Team with an understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable revenue growth.Leverage analytical tools by providing insights and recommendations towards the achievement of commercial plans and contribute to continually improving business performance by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive volume and net revenue growth.Establish a deep understanding of Planning & Prioritization strategies, internal processes, and overall technical requirements.Work with partners to develop recommendations for the right brand prioritization using the strategic segmentation framework.Support the development, implementation, and updating of systems to measure, track, and improve Marketing Planning & Prioritization initiatives to achieve the relevant strategic objectives of the Commercial plans.Develop analysis and presentations in support of major strategic meetings and be able to optimally operate in a matrix organization with a high level of change, establishing, leading, and developing an impactful GBS GM team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities with emphasis on strong analytical skills and commercial competence.Establish relationships with key partners to ensure a hard-working commercial team and identify standard processes to drive continuous improvement in own area of responsibility.Work cross-functionally with several departments to develop robust analysis that accelerates volume & revenue growth while demonstrating analytics and commercial competence.What are we looking for? At least 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning, with an emphasis on the Tobacco industry or FMCGs desirable.2+ years of experience in managing teams.Fluent in English, written and spoken.Strong commercial competence skills and knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.Demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to communicate technical information in a simplified and effective way.Be able to design independently and deliver E2E analytics solutions/outcomes per specification.Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Engineering.What we offer you?
