- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related.
- Conversational English.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Growth Marketing Analyst.

- Conduct data analysis to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Identify effective channels and tactics to attract and acquire new clients.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages.
- Participate in meetings with other departments to ensure effective execution of the growth strategy.
- Continuous communication with external and internal international clients.
- Market research to understand clients better, identify new growth opportunities, and stay informed about trends and competition.
