.Purpose We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Analyst with a focus on multichannel marketing to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving acquisition, customer engagement and retention through strategic campaigns using the Braze platform.Key Responsibilities Multichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute cross channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention. Campaign Management: Plan, design, and set up email, push notifications, in-apps, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns using Braze, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize Braze's segmentation tools to create highly targeted and personalized campaigns. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize cross channel performance, including subject lines, content, and send times. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of multichannel campaigns using Braze's analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective cross channel marketing efforts. Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Position Requirements (Experience & Competencies) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in multichannel marketing platforms, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Proficiency in using Braze, including segmentation, automation, and analytics. Basic HTML skills are a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with the target audience. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing campaigns and analyzing data. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: Certification in email marketing or related areas. Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.G., Google Analytics, Meta, CRM systems, Slack, Figma).
