We will count on you to:Establish, implement and ensure consistent branding standards throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.Develop and coordinate the execution of marketing and promotional activities.Deliver ROI of marketing initiatives by interacting with key leaders and sales teams, defining key success indicators, identifying market priorities, among others Partners and communicates with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to provide tactical marketing support.Coordinates marketing and communications projects.Interfaces with internal teams to effectively administer all components of the marketing plan for implementation, and monitor marketing project budgets and expenses.Provides technical support in the development of marketing strategy by line of business.Conducts market and competitive research.Ensures successful preparation and presentation of marketing presentations, as well as the development of marketing materials.What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of hands-on Marketing experience in a B2B role.Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.Business English proficiency.Excellent social media and IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.Analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.Both strategical and executional skills in order to achieve results.Growth mindset.Creative thinker with proven ability to create compelling content and devise innovative marketing activities.Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, including proven ability to influence all at levels.
