**Responsibilities**:
- Make a positive impact on Growth Marketing team KPIs such as member acquisition, retention, and campaign ROI.
- Assist in crafting compelling campaign tactics and content to boost member activation and subsequent retention of new members.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare insightful reports and presentations, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Familiarity with drafting growth projections, including establishing achievable goals and key benchmarks for specific initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive planning and timely execution of campaign assets.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Contribute to refining workflows and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics like CPA, ROI, CR with the ability to optimize results.
- Healthcare industry experience, ideally marketing to doctors.
- Growth mindset with a strong analytical focus on performance-driven marketing.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Assist in the successful launch of projects and provide ongoing support to scale initiatives.
- Desire to "have a seat at the table" and have your voice make an impact.
- A second language is preferred but not required.
