Growth Marketing Manager

Requirements- Bachelor´s degree- Experience gathering and interpreting data and metrics to measure impactof campaigns- 5+ years of experience managing customer acquisition marketingcampaigns.- Advanced understanding of web and mobile performance marketing-basedanalytics, attribution, metrics, and testing- Familiarity with marketing platforms, KPIs, attribution modeling,incrementally testing, and analytics tools.- Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and work with complex datasetsto understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decision-making,and measure outcomes- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.- UX skills and an understanding of the customer experience.- Experience using HubSpot (or similar) required.- Strong knowledge of search engine behavior.- Strong quantitative skills: experience utilizing data and measurement todrive decisions.**Responsibilities**:- Strategic Roadmap.- Collaboration - Partner with the BDC and product team to ensure quality leaddelivery and proper follow-up, building a consistent feedback loop to improve andoptimize lead hand-off processes continuously.- Search Engine Optimization - Responsible for strategy, creation, execution, andmeasurement of SEO programs.- Testing & Optimization - Analyzing campaign performance by integrating front andback-end metrics, and identifying areas of opportunity and risk.- Lead Flow - Manage lead flow from capture through to closed.
