The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to increase revenue.Responsibilities:Develop and implement user acquisition and retention strategies for our services.Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.).Expand the reach of our services through partnerships and collaborations.Monitor growth performance using reporting and analytics tools, and make improvements.Support Sales and Customer Success teams with marketing materials.Lead Nurturing: Build email and message lists, and nurture leads through written communications using marketing automation software.Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.SEO Management: Work closely with our SEO agency to define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, creating and executing data-driven SEO strategies.Collaboration: Work with the product and content team to initiate and oversee SEO-related projects.Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance.Innovation: Stay updated on new technologies, strategies, and global best practices in digital marketing.Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in B2B marketing.Experience in global customer acquisition.Experience with digital marketing and growth strategies.Strong knowledge of data analytics and user behavior analysis.Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Semrush etc.Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.Proficiency in English.Office: Istanbul, Hybrid.
