Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Define the growth strategy for DiDi's passegner base through indepth reseach and understanding of user behavior and preference
- Lead the core approach on marketing, paid ad, operations strategy and budget allocation
- Conduct testing on the core operations strategy to maximize ROI on growth
- Identify opportunities on product adjustments to unlock new user segments and use cases

Role Qualifications:

- Years of Experience: 3-5 years
- Educational Background: Bachelor's/ Post Graduate Degree from reputable university, MBA a plus
- Preferred Experience: Tech, management consulting, data analytics, operations
- Spoken Languages: English & Spanish required
