Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of experience in digital business growth, marketing, consulting, or subscription businesses. 2 years of experience building post purchase growth and retention strategies. Experience with spreadsheet modeling and basic SQL. Ability to build detailed business cases, building relationships with technical partners (e.g., product, engineering, UX). Excellent project management skills with the ability to set goals, maintain a growth tracker and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
