Supports BPD / Scorecard achievement

**Safety**
Promotes, educates, communicates and follows up on safety initiatives, holding hourly employees accountable
Is responsible for the proper use and care of equipment
Maintains housekeeping in area
**People**
Maintains safety, attendance, vacation records, and BPD board visuals on plant floor
Supervises hourly employees
Practices good labor relations, complies and enforces local agreement
Trains, develops and evaluates employees
Coordinates hourly vacation requests
**Quality**
Responsible for supporting Production's ability to 'Build in Station"
Utilizes appropriate inventory controls and follows up
Responsible for maintaining all floor material systems supporting delivery methods
Coordinates operational changes with production
Returns improperly completed scrap tags to the appropriate department so that correct information can be entered into the material scrapping system
Processes and scraps all parts, components, or vehicles per approved scrap procedures
Implements, monitors and maintains GMS elements
Maintains ISO standards
**Responsiveness**
Responsible for reprocessing hourly work elements in support of any BPD and planning initiatives
**Cost**
Meets workgroup's budgets
Supports the departments cost reduction initiatives and gap closure requirements
**Additional Responsibilities for Receiving Material Handling Supervisor**
Dock Administrative Receiving process and coordination
Inbound and outbound shipping documents
Account payable protocols
Invoice creation and printing
Carrier/Supplier driver support
Receiving area contact for disagreements and receiving correction Overseas/intercontinental/customs receiving process (as required)
**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineer, Logistics Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related.
- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
- Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
- English Level: Advanced.
