Support GBU Strategy implementation (at Product level GSS) in Mexico through robust training programs (for peers, distributors and end users) and ensuring proper Key End User (caregivers, therapist nurses, doctors, biomedical engineers, among others) maximization of our key product & Clinical benefits. Develop intimacy with clinical KOL.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Key responsibilities for the role (are not limited to these):- Ensure that customer configurations conform to product design principles and standards, are logical, and covers customer's needs.- Drive demand generation and pre-sale clinical evaluations and demonstrations of products to position clinical value in the practice setting. Have an evaluation program/plan with key clients to demonstrate clinical benefits. Provide support in quotation. Provide customer-focused solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.- Lead post-sales activities, including implementation, product education programs, in-servicing, and ongoing clinical support to generate repurchase.- Proactively identify, communicate, and support to resolve customer issues (internal or external issues) that threaten the success of the project or account. Develop positive and collaborative working relationships with staff from other Baxter/Hill-Rom functions to ensure that the most effective solutions are used to maintain high customer satisfaction or to generate demand.- Coordinate introduction of new clinical programs may be in partnership with other Hillrom staff, inclusive of direct activities with end users, independent reps and distribution partners
