GTO Program - INGREDION.
The Ingredion Global Talent for Operations Program is designed to provide high-caliber early-in-career Chemical Engineering and Supply Chain, talent with targeted developmental opportunities and accelerated global experiences to build a superior foundation in Operations and develop robust leadership capabilities. As a GTO Associate, you will take part in a 36-month rotational program as part of a global cohort in one track: Manufacturing or Supply Chain. During the program, you will take on a new role every 12 months - building your technical skills and leadership capabilities along the way through on-the-job learning and development, strategic project work, and instructor-led training focusing on a new theme each year:
- Year 1: Technical Foundations
- Year 2: Personal Development
- Year 3: Leadership Development
During this rotational development program, you will be required to move to a new location at least once - but 2 to 3 moves are encouraged to broaden your professional network and breadth of Operations experience. As a GTO Associate, you will also be enrolled in our GTO Learning Curriculum, which has three main components: Ingredion Technical, Functional and Business Content, University Partner-led Operations and Supply Chain Content, and Assessment-driven Personal and Leadership Development Content.
Manufacturing track rotations could include:
Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance / Reliability, EHSS, Quality, Production Planning, Lead / Supervisor, Corporate Engineering, Relevant International Assignment, Cross-Functional Assignment
Supply Chain track rotations could include:
Logistics, Customer Support, Warehousing, Agribusiness, Production Scheduling, Analytics, Demand / Supply Planning, Continuous Improvement, Relevant International Assignment, Cross-Functional Assignment- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (i.e., Engineering Chemistry, Food Science, international business, etc.) and maximum 3 years as graduated.- Excellent grades in academic studies.- Interest in a career in the food manufacturing industry.- Ability and willingness to remain geographically mobile (e.g., moving at least 1 time, if not 2 to 3) throughout the full 36-month program.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and prepare concisely written reports.- Proven analytical problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
