**Primary**:
- Interface with PDL Writer and Product Planner on PDL issues.
- Review US Order Guides for updates and revisions.
- Create market specific GTS Order Guides.
- Upload Order Guides to GOaLS.
- Act as liaison between Codification Analyst, Edit Analyst, PDL Writer, Product Planner, Regional Marketing Managers and GPM to ensure Order Guide, PDL and GOaLS Concerns are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Attend PDL and Order Guide review meetings with Product Planners (current and future models)
- As needed.
- Attend vehicle line launch and change control meetings - As needed.
- Assist with resolution of Sales Edits and Order Guide errors.
- Interact with Pricing on any unique content and deviation from US Order Guides.
- Revise GTS Order Guides as required due to PDL and/or US Order Guide revisions.
- Submit Order Guides and revisions to the Market Offering Change Management (MOCM) system.
- Support Direct and Affiliate markets.
- Analyze PDLs (current and future models).
- Act as Gatekeeper for all PCV requests, includes:
- Review requested content against individual vehicle Order Guides
- Validate all PCV requests against CONCEPS Sales Edits
- Resolve sales edit issues with Codification Analyst and SOE/Edit Analyst
- Resolve PCV content issues with Market Managers
- Flag validated PCV's to Active & Approved status in GOaLS for dealer to view and order
- Run a PCV Summary Report to search for PCV's in GOaLS based on GTS Order Guide revisions
- Suspend PCV's

- Problem solving and process improvement leveraging Dashboard analytic tools

- Maintain files, bookmarks and information to meet audit requirements
- Attend off-site and other meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to discuss process improvement, status information, and resolve issues pertaining to Order Guides, PDLs, and edits.
**Language Requirement**: This position will have daily interaction with Documents, systems and business partners and customers all in English.
Complete fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory.
**Primary Skills Required**:
Demonstrate capability to develop order guides for Ford Export markets.
Must be detail-oriented, with excellent written & verbal communication skills and be able to prioritize and work well in a team setting with competing and sometimes demanding deadlines.
A self-starter who can work well with mínimal supervision in an environment of sometimes loosely defined work roles.
Accuracy and meeting deadlines are key requirements.
**Additional Skills Preferred**:
Knowledgeable in all MS Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Ford ordering guides and related edits processes, and ability to analyze sales, ordering and customer data; knowledge of vehicle program teams/product development, Product Direction Letters (PDLs), PDO-CM and CONCEPS a plus.
**Experience Required**:
A minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably within the automotive sector, working with Marketing, Sales or Product Development.
**Additional Experience Preferred**:
Previous work experience in Ford Export, order guide development or related edits processes, working with PDLs, program teams/product development, sales, marketing, or dealer channel experience; experience inside or outside Ford analyzing sales, ordering or customer data a plus.
**Education Required**:
Minimum HS diploma or GED.
**Additional Education Preferred**:
AA or BA a plus, preferably in business, finance or marketing.
