Guest Experience Specialist - Pvr

Join our team as a GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST .
The guest experience assists and interacts with travel agents and direct clients and our team of specialists, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded.
They are responsible for preparing quotes for clients and maintaining constant communication with suppliers, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Experience in customer service is required.
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Desirable French communication skills (verbal).
