This role is fully remote which provides you with the flexibility to work from home. As a part of the Inbound Support Team, you will be a critical part of ensuring client satisfaction.**Hours**:Thursday to Monday: 8:00am-4:00pm PST**Responsibilities**:- Guest communications (mostly messaging, sometimes calls)- Homeowner communication- Answering top 20 questions and/or connecting with their dedicated client success manager- Booking management- Calendar management- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding repairs and maintenance coordination**Qualifications**:- High level of expertise in hospitality- Experience in the industry (i.E. hotels, restaurants)- Proficient computer skills- Willingness to learn and work within a team- Strong customer communication skills- Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking- High level English competencyIf you have relevant experience and have a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply!**Salary**: $21,130.08 per monthWork Location: Remote
