**Description**:
The Health & Benefits Analyst role is an entry-level position designed to help you build a strong foundation in data management and fundamental analysis. You will be responsible for accurately gathering and inputting data, assisting with preliminary study, and preparing basic reports under the supervision of senior team members. The Analyst learns and applies relevant software tools and participates in quality checks and research to support projects. The Analyst maintains clear communication, manages daily tasks efficiently, and engages in ongoing training to build foundational knowledge in actuarial concepts and tools, contributing to overall team goals and project deadlines.
- Accurately gather and input data into relevant systems and databases.
- Assist with preliminary data analysis and preparation under the supervision of senior team members.
- Prepare basic reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in quality checks by reviewing data for accuracy and flagging potential issues.
- Research to gather information for senior team members on specific topics or projects.
