Join us!**Learn more about Unisys and our key solution offerings**:Unisys, Stealth, CloudForte®, InteliServe**What success looks like in this role**:Asset Management analyst for Heineken oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL based service support and/or technical account management of Hardware Asset Management**Responsibilities**- Receives Hardware Asset requests in ITSM tool- Validating asset updates based on tickets and AssetTrack tool- Register hardware records in CMDB- Produces standard reports- Support the HAM process within Unisys and the client- Stockroom audits**You will be successful in this role if you have**:**Must Have Skills**- 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Asset Configuration Mgmt, and stock audits experience- ITSM tool experience (Service Now or others)- Strong understanding of ITIL V3 and V4 processes and principals.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Follow up to Field Services Engineers in charge of stockrooms**Nice to Have**- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 foundation certification
