This position will be key in assuring Power supply design.**What You'll Be Doing**- Develop requirement definition aligned with the customers.- Verification, characterization and documentation wrt procedures and standards & Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities.- Provide Hardware support for any new development and improving the existing/upcoming designs.- Optimizing EMC measurements and duration tests.- Draft schematic and layout in an accurate way.- Monitoring and maintaining the safety, quality of products and writing tests and development documentation.- Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.**What We're Looking For**Experience / Education- Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related degree.- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.- Certification IPC, Battery Management.- Experience with Power Design (DC Converter)- Experience with high power electrification.**Work Arrangement**:- Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home**What's In It **For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.That's why we offer competitive financial compensation, including various compensation plans and a solid benefits package
