Interface with the Program Management and Product Engineering group to ensure that necessary qualification activities are included in the project plans and that all planned qualification activities occur.

**Ba**s**i**c **Q**u**a**li**f**ic**at**i**on**s**:
- Support the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for responsible products.
- Interface with other Harman organizations to ensure all qualification issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating reports, files, and test data as required.
- Supporting and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project.
- Develops and prepares preliminary drawings or sketches showing proposed specifications, design characteristics, wiring diagrams, BOM (Bill of Material), etc.
and makes recommendations regarding these items for consideration and evaluation by Manager.
- Schedule testing activities for an assigned project, e.g.
estimate required hours and record actual vs. estimated, assist with and resolve scheduling problems for assigned project/job and determine feasibility.
- Works form detailed drawings, blueprints, diagrams, schematics, as well as verbal and written instructions.
- Use multi-meter, o-scope, analyzers, digital analysis tools, machine tools, soldering equipment and computers to design and document test setups.
- Responsible to perform other tasks as business needs require or as assigned by management.
- Coordinates with external test laboratories for test outsourcing.

- BSEE minimum degree required, (i.e.
Mechanical ,Electrical, or Applied Sciences)
- 3-5 years relevant engineering experience.
- Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of specific lab equipment including: data acquisition systems, oscilloscope, multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, digital analysis tools, machine tools, soldering equipment and computers to design and document test apparatus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work with a small team of technicians to complete projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

TS16949 and ISO17025)
