Responsible for model year management & job transfer for future developments.
Analysis of field claims to define effective countermeasure proposals, and creation of cost reduction ideas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage Harness Wiring system development on new vehicle projects.
- Engineering changes leadership: study and execute design changes.
- Project QCT management.
- Electrical System Circuit Diagrams & 2D/3D drawings creation/maintenance.
- Lead cost reduction activity.
- Lead field quality improvement activity.
- Supplier management.
- Support to Manufacturing plant & related areas.
**Education**:
Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive or alike)
**Experience**:
Automotive engineering development experience (5 years minimum), team supervision experience.
**Required knowledge**:
Project management of resources, activities, risks and key performance indicators.
Engineering analysis for decision making with technical-logical thinking
Electronic components knowledge
**Language**:
English Advanced (TOEIC 700Pts.)
**Computer Skills**:
- CAD software skills (NX preferably)
- Microsoft Office
**Competences**:
- Team leadership to coordinate, teach and facilitate collaboratively
- High sense of urgency and ownership
