Core responsibilities:- Support personnel according to company policies and HBW maintenance strategy.- Ensure the development of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the creation and execution of continuous improvement plans in the HBW team.- Be aware of the potential environmental impacts of the organization (waste and hazardous waste generated in maintenance). Seek to recycle the most scrap material.- Meet the requirements of IMS and Standard Work.- Ensure that height training as well as rescue, is based on LEGO rules and Mexican laws.- Ensure that the condition of all equipment complies with environmental and safety standards and requirements.- Maintain a level of efficiency in the realization of TPM in all the equipment.- Participate in projects of Improvement of the areas of Maintenance- Manage and keep costs low in the maintenance operation- Ensure that providers of any service provided to the area meet LEGO requirements.Play your part in our team succeedingHBW is an automated warehouse where all LEGO bricks (elements) are stored.
