All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.**Dare to make an impact?****YOUR ROLE**:- This Mexico based position will be responsible for developing & executing strategic sales objectives (KP, TP) while also increasing sales and market penetration in Mexico for Automotive Electronics & E-Mobility business, with strong focus on key account management.- Defend current key accounts with strong sales development in local customers.- Full accountability on financials is expected and actively manage implementation of SBU pricing strategy.- Manage both internal and external stakeholders and builds and maintains solid relationships with customers in Mexico.- Lead sales activities and manage local customer contacts. Coordinate execution of customer roadmaps and ensures closure of CRM (e.G. ACE) projects.- Support Regional Key Account Managers on local projects/ initiatives/ competitor activities/ pricing.- Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit)- Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team.- Provide leadership direction to launch key strategic initiatives.- Market Development updates**YOUR SKILLS**:- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field is required. MBA preferred.- Prior Leadership Experience in Sales, 5-10 years preferred.- 7+ years of experience in account management or related experience in Automotive or industry related to adhesives, sealants, coatings, and surface treatments is required.- Experience with Adhesives / Industrial Chemical or other automotive companies is required.- Management and business/financial acumen.- Excellent sales, presentation/communication, leadership, team building, and negotiation skills**JOB ID**: 24064189**Contract & Job type**: Regular - Full Time
