Head Of Accounting

International financial company is looking for a Head of Accounting**Responsabilities**:- Provide strategic financial direction and oversight- Lead, manage, and mentor the global accounting team, located in Uganda and Mexico- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and capital expenditures- Prepare, present, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes- Ensure up-to-date compliance with financial regulations and standards, including timely reporting and audits- Act as a financial advisor to the leadership team, offering insights, analysis, and recommendations for financial decision-making**Requirements**:- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity- Mastery of accounting software like QuickBooks, Oracle Netsuite, Sage, financial systems, and Google suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance pertaining to financial reporting and operations**Work condicions**:- Work hours 09-18 Monday to Friday- Hybrid condicions between WFH and the office located in Avenida Patria y Guadalupe- Salary between $60,000-$90,000 MonthlyPay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month**Education**:- Master's (required)**Experience**:- Financial posicion: 10 years (required)- Leadership position: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English 90% (required)Work Location: In person
