- 1 GW of 100% clean energy generated by 2 wind and 6 solar plants.Head of Back OfficePurpose of the Position:As Head of Back Office at GEMS Mexico, you will be responsible for creating and running the back office for B2B Supply and Energy Management activities, allowing for secure, robust and efficient processes supporting strong development plan.Responsabilities and Job Functions:Create B2B supply and energy management back-officeDefine scope of activitiesChallenge existing processes and build transversal processes when relevantDefine and implement appropriate set of toolsPropose and implement new organizationEnsure appropriate change managementRestructure billing operations, in line with GEMS' standards and best practices ("Smart Billing Project")Structure and implement processes, tools and organizationBuild relevant KPIsEnsure appropriate change managementDeliver high-quality back-office service to front-office teamsEnsure efficient workflow from contract signature to billing and payment recognitionCarry out daily market operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and country regulationsActively contribute to major projects of the organization to foster digitalization and continuous improvementETRM implementationSAP upgradeLaunch of new business segmentsH&SEnsure strict compliance with HSSE Group guidelines to prioritize safety and sustainability.Promote a collaborative working environmentOcupational Profile:Required educational background: A pertinent university degree (an MBA is advantageous).Experience: 5 years of experience in equivalent positionTechnical skills:Excellent knowledge of Energy marketsExcellent understanding of utility industry and energy procurement within client organizations.Proven experience in managing sales organizations, especially for complex products
