Head Of Cbs (Lean 6 Sigma)

Implements the actions designated in the CBS projects, CBS workshops, Gemba walks, 5S's program and CIM program for the improvement ofthe processes and productive areas.- Coordinate work sessions according to the needs of the areas (example: 360° sessions with multidisciplinary teams to detectpotential improvements, detect waste or non-value-added activities).- Actively participates in training and coaching sessions for the implementation of CBS tools (example: training in5S's program, CIM system, CBS projects, kaizen workshops, 7+1 waste, etc.).- Provides support in the execution of CBS projects and CBS workshops in the role of leader and facilitator.- Provides support in the execution of Six Sigma projects as an active member of the work team.- Actively participates as an auditor in the plant's 5S's program.- Detects and documents in Sprint potential saving projects for processes and productive areas
