Your mission as a Head of Collections Lead and manage the Collections department with the aim of ensuring optimal performance in the collection processes. This role is responsible for providing visibility to the management team on the portfolio's behavior, as well as designing and implementing creative strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection operations.
Development and execution of effective debt collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
Design and implementation of a performance measurement and reporting system to evaluate the effectiveness of internal collection processes.
Design and implementation of a measurement and reporting process for dispatches to Solvento.
Creation of a flowchart of current and future debt collection processes, always kept up-to-date.
Skills and experience We're looking for a Head of Collections with:
5+ years of experience in a collection role
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, and/or legal
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Advanced Microsoft Word skills
Proficiency in Google Suite
Familiarity with Dropbox
Experience with portfolio management platforms (CIB, LoanPro)
Proficiency in using banking portals
Nice to have, but not essential ? Master's degree in finance, law or similar.
